Booking Policy

1. Bookings are only allowed for appointments within the next 2 days.
2. Appointments may only be booked 30 minutes in advance.
3. Rescheduling or cancellation requires at least 1 hours prior notice. (If you need emergency cancellation below 1 hour, Inform us through WHATSAPP or CALL)
4. Punctuality is essential. Please book for your accurate arrival time. Arrival more than 10 minutes late forfeits your original appointment to walk-in clients; you will be placed on a watchlist and assisted at the next available slot.
5. A no-show will result in a permanent blacklist of your name, email, phone number, and IP address.
6. We reserve the right to cancel any booking without notice if provided details appear suspicious or fraudulent.
7. The watchlist flags accounts for monitoring; repeated tardiness may limit future booking privileges. To maintain fairness, this policy is strictly enforced. Please ensure your contact details are correct.
